Construction Work

We carry out the construction work of any building that includes:

Demolition or dismantling of an old small-scale structures (i.e. walls, partitions, floor, roof, etc.). Removal of a structure, or of any product or waste resulting from demolition or dismantling of a structure, or from disassembly of prefabricated elements which before such disassembly formed such a structure.

Preparation for an intended structure, including site clearance, exploration, investigation (but not site survey), and the clearance or preparation of the site or structure for use or occupation at its conclusion.

Assembly on site of prefabricated elements to form a structure ("First Fix" and "Second Fix").

Installation, alteration, conversion, fitting-in, decoration or similar services which are normally fixed within or to a structure.

Full-scale or partial construction services

Any residential or commercial space modeling or remodeling start with a set of architectural floor plans. After the plans have been approved, the pre-construction and construction phase start. The later one has two stages, commonly known as the “First Fix” and “Second Fix”.

We offer the following services at any phase of the project:

The "First Fix" Stage
If it is a new-build, then this stage involves laying down the foundations and the brickwork*, constructing floors, ceilings and walls, installing stairs and stairwells, pocket door frames, inserting electrical cables and adding pipes for the water supply. This stage of construction finishes with wall plastering.

The "Second Fix" Stage
This stage refers to everything that comes after plastering was finished, and requires a closer attention to detail, perfect finish. This stage of construction includes (but is not limited to) decorating walls with paint, wallpaper, tiles or woodwork; laying down floor tiles, boards, laminate, linoleum or carpets; adding sinks, showers, baths and toilet seats; fitting in the kitchen units, bedroom, living room or office furniture pieces, and connecting up electrical fixtures.
